Source Code and Design Files

TestosterICs is an open-hardware design. One Hot Logic publishes the design files so that you can extend and improve the design or even build your own chip tester. The design files are copyrighted by Prometheus Electronics. You may use them for noncommercial purposes, but may not sell any products which incorporate any of these files. If you improve the tester or its software, Prometheus would appreciate learning about your improvements.
